The Pleasures – Sad Song

Always a live favourite with Lachlan Bryan moving into piano mode, Sad Song is a tender, delicate and heartfelt moment from a band that offers up all the feels. As always, Catherine Britt delivers a vocal to send a shiver up your spine. Sad Song has a reflective, sonorous heartfelt country feel, right down to the use of a fiddle and a beautifully crafted chorus.

Briana Dinsdale – Whiskey Worked That Way

Briana Dinsdale is back with a refreshing new attitude and maturity. Whiskey Worked That Way will capture the hearts of music lovers everywhere and signifies a pivotal moment in her career. Produced by Michael and Caleb Flanders in Nashville, the track delves into the complex emotions of anger, lust, heartbreak, and affection all at once. Dinsdale eagerly anticipates this release as the inaugural piece in a series of tracks that will define her musical journey throughout her twenties – a compelling and exciting progression.

Matt Ward – Come Home Safe

Come Home Safe is the latest release from South Australia’s Matt Ward, ahead of his third album due in September. The song evolves on Ward’s rough-and-tumble Americana sound, and between its blistering guitar solos, it reveals a cautionary tale. Ward’s unique vocal and authentic sound is everything that is great about Aussie country music.
